The Plant-Based Solutions division within Agrifirm provides high-quality cultivation advice and cultivation supplies to growers in agriculture and bulb cultivation. These sectors are currently undergoing major change due to, among other things, changing laws and regulations, digitization and new market needs such as the protein transition. That is why Agrifirm has recently revised its strategy to properly respond to changes in the market and customer needs. Execution of this strategy is essential and requires a translation into goals, plans and milestones.
Summiteers has supported Agrifirm in translating the strategy into a method that allows them to successfully implement the strategy. We set up a working structure (with a clear division of roles) and executable roadmaps. This means that the new team is optimally equipped to achieve the strategy in the coming years.
