Great that you are interested in joining Summiteers! We'd love to tell you what our recruitment process looks like, so you know exactly what to expect and are well prepared.

1. Get to know

In a first meeting at our office, we would like to get to know you and find out who you are, what you are looking for and what you bring with you. We tell you more about Summiteers and answer all your questions. Together, we will see if there is a match from both sides to continue.

2. Assessment

Depending on the amount of experience you have, we will do an assessment. We do this via an online tool, meaning you can do it from home. This helps us to gain insight into the way you think, your motives and what gives you energy. In the next interview, we will discuss the results.

3. Case interviews (usually two rounds)

The case interviews consist of an introduction, time for questions from you and us and a number of (practical) cases. If you have done an assessment, we will discuss it during the first case interview. With the (practical) cases, we gain insight into your thinking process and see how you work. We choose cases that reflect what we do in practice, so that you also get insight into our work. This helps us and you to check whether there is a good match between what we do and what you are looking for. In the video below, we explain how such a case interview works, what we pay attention to and how you can prepare. We usually schedule two case interviews.
