After the takeover of Telegraaf Media Group (TMG) by Mediahuis, we helped the new Board of Directors to review the strategy. We also supported the design and implementation of a new organizational structure and the execution of an extensive cost reduction program. An important part of the project was setting up and managing a program structure, within which the new management was responsible for achieving the strategic objectives.
