Fritom is an important player in logistics services in our country. Fritom Group consists of seven operating companies and Fritom Corporate. The knowledge and skills surrounding the services lie with the operating companies. Fritom Corporate facilitates in the areas of finance, risk, strategy, legal, business development, IT and R&D. Fritom Group needed a strategic exploration of the opportunities that 'digital' offers and the impact of this on the organization of the company. To do this, we have set up a process where we analyzed the most important developments that are relevant to Fritom. From robotics and analytics to platform links and portal technology. We had in-depth discussions about this with the operating companies and Corporate. The question then was: what to focus on and how to organize this across the group? We have set out a roadmap for the coming years. It has been embraced and is now being implemented.
